Return policy

14 days return policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you for some reason wish to return it, please take a moment to go through our Return Policy:

At DreamBag we provide a 14 days full return policy for goods which have not been used.

A product is considered used if it has been used besides what is equivalent to a regular testing in a physical store. If DreamBag considers that the product has been used, you still have the right of withdrawal, however an impairment will be subtracted. DreamBag reserves the right to set and subtract the impairment, which will be minimum 50% of the purchase price.

If you want to return DreamBag, you must

  • fold it in the middle
  • Send it in the same packaging as it was delivered in

DreamBag should not be curled or rolled tightly together.

Remember to save the Track & Trace number as proof that the package has been sent to DreamBag.

When DreamBag has received the goods (deducted any impairment) and approved the return, the amount will be returned to your account within three working days.
