HOW TO SHOP

ORDER

All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

To shop at DreamBag.dk you must be 18 years of age and hold a valid payment card.

When ordering, the relevant fields are filled in with personal data and payment method. Remember to tick the box “Accept terms and conditions”. Then choose the delivery method. The purchase is completed when “order and pay” is printed. It is possible to correct the contents of the “shopping basket” right up to the time of ordering.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a receipt for receipt of your order. A binding purchase agreement has been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from DreamBag.

We will ship the goods as soon as possible after ordering for delivery within 1-2 days.

All orders are packaged in the order they arrive. For sale and the like, therefore, longer delivery times than normal can occur.

We take reservations for sold out items.

PAYMENT

At DreamBag you can pay with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, PayPal, ViaBill and Mobilepay. The amount will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from DreamBag.

Only the amount you specified (or less) can be deducted. And the amount can only be deducted once.

All goods are covered by the rules of the Sale of Goods Act. This means that there is a right of complaint in relation to defects and defects in the goods that occur within 24 months after the purchase. The warranty covers errors that were present or where the cause of the error was present when you got the goods delivered. The warranty does not apply to damage or wear that has arisen due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear.

In case of a complaint, please state what the problem is and how the error occurred. If the complaint is justified, DreamBag will of course refund reasonable shipping costs by sending the goods back.

RETURN

If you want to send DreamBag back, you must

  • Fold it in the middle
  • Send it in the same packaging as it was delivered in, or equivalent

DreamBag should not be curled or rolled tightly together.

Remember to save the Track & Trace number as proof that the package has been shipped to DreamBag.

When DreamBag has received the goods and approved the return, the amount will be returned to your account within three working days.
